By downloading, accessing, or using the Trusted Türkiye mobile application and website service (collectively, the "Service"), provided by NEXİRİOS TEKNOLOJİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, simply do not use the Service.

2. User Eligibility

Our Service is designed to help international tourists discover certified businesses in Türkiye. To serve this purpose:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to leave reviews.
• Review Policy: Review Policy: Only users verifying with a non-Turkish (foreign) GSM number are authorized to post reviews. This is a strict measure to ensure all feedback comes from genuine international visitors.

3. Use of the Service

• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to manipulate the review system, including using fake numbers or bots.
• Business listings are managed by the respective business owners; we are not responsible for day-to-day operations or service quality issues at the establishments, though we vigorously monitor their "Trusted" status compliance.

4. Intellectual Property

The Trusted Türkiye logo, brand, and content within the app are the exclusive property of Nexirios. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to feature only high-quality businesses, we do not guarantee that every experience will meet your expectations.
